The units we supply do not hold US FDA clearance — no 510(k) and no PMA. Some other PEMF devices are FDA-cleared for specific indications; clearance always belongs to a specific model and indication, never to a technology or a company.

Before the first unit is sold in a new country, we work with the local partner on medical-device registration under that country's rules.
SafetyWho should not be treated
PEMF is non-invasive and produces no heat. It is not used for patients with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, during pregnancy, or with an active tumor. Screening for these is part of the staff training.

Is the equipment FDA-approved?
No. The units we supply do not hold US FDA clearance. The Magnetobox model holds a CE certificate (valid to August 2027) and is listed in the Israeli Ministry of Health registry. See Regulation & safety for the details.
Do I need a medical background?
No. You own and run the business; we train the staff who deliver the treatments. Who may operate the equipment depends on your country's rules — we check this with you during the proposal stage and help you hire accordingly.
